How to crop visible margins of PDF pages

Hide extra margins at the edges of PDF pages.

Trim PDF fields: what to add → processing → what happens (PDF).

What to prepare

You can add: PDF. The allowed size and number of files are indicated on the tool page.

Procedure

  1. Add files

Add a PDF with extra fields. Identify margins that can be hidden without losing visible text, seals, and signatures.

  2. Select settings

Specify how much to remove from the left, right, top, and bottom, then select pages. The size is specified in points, not millimeters: 72 points are approximately equal to 2.54 cm. After trimming, there should be a visible part of the page.

  3. Click the button

Click "Crop PDF Margins" and wait until it's ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.

  4. Save and check

Click "Download" on the finished result. Open the PDF and check all the cut pages. If the words or signatures you want are missing, reduce the cropping and re-process the original file.

Good to know

Trimming hides the edges, but does not remove what was on them. Do not use it to permanently remove personal information from a document.
