How to fill out a completed application form in PDF
Enter your answers into the PDF form if it already has fields to fill out.
What to prepare
You can add: PDF. The allowed size and number of files are indicated on the tool page.
Procedure
Add files
Add a PDF with pre-built fields where you can enter text or check boxes. A photograph of a regular paper application form is not suitable for this.
Select settings
After loading, the found fields will appear. Enter your answers, check the appropriate boxes, and select items from the lists. The set of fields depends on your profile.
Click the button
Click “Fill out PDF form” and wait until it’s ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.
Save and check
Click "Download" on the finished result. Open a new PDF and check all values, marks and long lines. Make sure the text fits in the field and is not lost when saving.
Tool Options
The fields depend on your PDF application. After loading, the fields that the tool can fill in will appear.
Good to know
The tool works with regular AcroForm PDF forms. More complex forms of XFA are not supported. If the fields do not appear, the tool will not be able to add them to the scanned form.
