How to add an image or signature text to PDF
Place a drawn signature, photo or text on the PDF page.
What to prepare
You can add: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG. The allowed size and number of files are indicated on the tool page.
Procedure
Add files
Add the PDF as the first file. The signature can be drawn in the provided field or added as a PNG/JPEG as a second file. For the text option, fill in the signature text.
Select settings
Select pages, signature width and position. Horizontally, the distance is calculated from the left edge, vertically - from the bottom. Dimensions are specified in points: 72 points are approximately equal to 2.54 cm. For a text signature, set the size of the letters.
Click the button
Click “Add signature image” and wait until it’s ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.
Save and check
Click "Download" on the finished result. Open the PDF and check that the signature is on the correct line, fits on the page, and does not overlap other data.

- Signature text size, pt
The size of the letters is in points, as in a text editor.
- Signature text
The inscription to be added. Spaces and characters will be preserved.
- Horizontal position, pt
Distance from the left edge to the signature in points. 72 points are approximately equal to 2.54 cm.
- Vertical position, pt
Distance from the bottom edge to the signature in points. 72 points are approximately equal to 2.54 cm.
- Signature width, pt
Width of the signature image in points. The height will be adjusted without stretching.
- Pages (eg 1–3, 8)
Write page numbers from the beginning of the file, for example 1–3, 8. A blank field usually means all pages.
Good to know
This is a visible signature in the form of a picture or text. It does not create an electronic signature with a certificate or confirm who signed the document.
