How to Add Text or Logo to PDF Pages
Add text or logo on top of PDF pages.
What to prepare
You can add: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG. The allowed size and number of files are indicated on the tool page.
Procedure
Add files
Add PDF. For a sign in the form of an image, add PNG or JPEG as the second file; A separate image is not needed for a text sign.
Select settings
Select the pages and location for the sign. For the inscription, enter the text, letter size and opacity: the lower it is, the fainter the sign. For the logo, enable the use of a second image and set the width.
Click the button
Click "PDF Watermark" and wait until it's ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.
Save and check
Click "Download" on the finished result. Open the PDF and make sure the mark is visible, does not obscure important text, and is on the correct pages. Adjust the size and opacity by re-processing the original.

- Sign image width, pt
Logo width in points. 72 points are approximately equal to 2.54 cm.
- Sign text
The inscription to be added. Spaces and characters will be preserved.
- Opacity, %
How clearly is the sign visible? A lower value makes it more transparent and paler.
- Font size, pt
The size of the inscription letters is in points, as in a text editor.
- Position
Where to put an inscription or picture on the page.
- Pages (eg 1–3, 8)
Write page numbers from the beginning of the file, for example 1–3, 8. A blank field usually means all pages.
- Use second image as sign
Instead of the inscription, use the picture added by the second file.
Good to know
The sign appears on top of the page, but does not prohibit copying the document. Dimensions in "pt" - points: 72 points are approximately equal to 2.54 cm. These are not photo pixels.
