How to remove extra spaces in text
Remove duplicate spaces and extra padding at the beginning and end of lines.
What to prepare
Open the tool using the button above and paste the text.
Procedure
Prepare your text
Insert text with repeated spaces or indentations. Check to see if spaces are used to align the code or table.
Select settings
Choose whether to replace Tab key indents with regular spaces. To preserve line breaks, do not enable Merge Paragraphs. If you enable this checkbox, the lines will be joined using a space.
Click the button
Click “Remove extra spaces” and wait until it’s ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.
Save and check
Click “Download” on the finished result; if there is a copy button, you can copy the text. Check word spacing and paragraph spacing. Spaces at the beginning and end of lines will disappear, and several regular spaces in a row will be replaced by one.
