How to save table sheets to CSV

Make separate CSV files with the data of the selected sheets of the table.

What to prepare

You can add: XLSX, ODS. The allowed size and number of files are indicated on the tool page.

Procedure

  1. Add files

    Add XLSX or ODS. For formulas, recalculate and save the document in advance: the export uses the available saved results.

  2. Select settings

    Write the exact name of the sheet or leave the field blank for everyone. Select the column separator, such as semicolon, and the encoding that the recipient program reads.

  3. Click the button

    Read the terms of processing and confirm your consent. Click "Table to CSV" and wait until it's ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.

  4. Save and check

    Click "Download" on the finished result. Each selected sheet will be saved as a separate CSV. Open files with the selected delimiter and encoding and compare rows, columns and values.

Sheet (empty = all)

The exact name of the desired sheet. An empty field saves all sheets in separate files.

Separator

A character between columns, such as a comma or semicolon. Select the one used in the file.

What encoding to save the new text file in.

Default: UTF-8

Good to know

CSV stores values, but not formulas, colors, or design. Each sheet will be a separate file. If the formula result is not saved, open the table in the editor, recalculate it and save before trying again.

Where is the processing performed?

The file or text is sent to the server for processing. Before starting, read the terms and conditions on the tool page and agree to it. Download the finished result before the expiration date indicated on the page.

What to do if the result is not suitable?

Take the original file or text and try other settings in the steps above. Compare the new result with the previous one. The original files on your device remain unchanged.
