How to save selected spreadsheets to PDF
Save the required sheets or part of the table as PDF.
What to prepare
You can add: XLSX, ODS. The allowed size and number of files are indicated on the tool page.
Procedure
Add files
Add XLSX or ODS. Recalculate and save the table in the editor if it contains formulas. Determine the sheets and area to be printed.
Select settings
Please provide sheet numbers or leave the field blank for all. Choose portrait or landscape orientation. For part of the table, specify cells, for example A1:F20. If the columns don't fit, turn on fit-to-width.
Click the button
Read the terms of processing and confirm your consent. Click “Table to PDF” and wait for it to be ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.
Save and check
Click "Download" on the finished result. Review the PDF and check that the columns are not cut off, the required sheets are present, and the rows and values are readable. It is convenient to first check a wide table in landscape orientation.

- Sheet numbers separated by commas
Numbers of the required sheets of the table. To save everything, leave the field blank.
- Orientation
Portrait - the sheet is taller than wider. Landscape - wider than tall.
- Print area (for example A1:F20)
Which cells to print, for example A1:F20. An empty field does not limit the area to your choice.
- Fit in width
Fit all columns to the width of one page. The height of the table can still take several pages.
Good to know
Fit-to-width fits columns onto one page, but rows can span multiple pages. After conversion, check the formula values and table placement.

The file or text is sent to the server for processing. Before starting, read the terms and conditions on the tool page and agree to it. Download the finished result before the expiration date indicated on the page.
What to do if the result is not suitable?
Take the original file or text and try other settings in the steps above. Compare the new result with the previous one. The original files on your device remain unchanged.
