How to create an EAN-13 or Code 128 barcode

What to prepare
Open the tool using the button above and paste the text.
Procedure
Enter number or text
For EAN-13, enter 12 digits or 13 digits with the last verification digit correct. For Code 128, use Latin letters, numbers and ordinary characters; Russian letters are not suitable.
Select settings
Select EAN-13 or Code 128, then PNG or SVG. For EAN-13, out of 12 digits, the last digit will be added by itself. If you enter all 13, the tool will check the last one.
Click the button
Read the terms of processing and confirm your consent. Click “Create barcode” and wait until it’s ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.
Save and check
Download the image and check it with a compatible scanner. Check the read data with the original data; the inscription under the code is not added in this result.

Good to know
The tool writes your data into the barcode. It does not issue an official product number. If the last digit of EAN-13 is incorrect or the text does not fit Code 128, an error will appear.
