How to create a QR code for a link, text, Wi-Fi or contact

Make a QR code that your phone can read as a link, text, Wi-Fi connection, or contact.

Create a QR code: what to add → processing → what happens (PNG, SVG).

What to prepare

Prepare text, link, Wi-Fi information or contact - whatever you want to write in the QR code.

Procedure

  1. Prepare your text

Determine the content of the code. For the link, prepare the full address with https:// or http://; for Wi-Fi - the name of the network and its parameters; for a contact - name and necessary contact information.

  2. Select settings

Choose what to write in the code and fill in the fields that appear. Set the size and dark color on a white background. Error correction helps to read slightly corrupted code. PNG is a regular image, SVG can be enlarged without losing clarity.

  3. Click the button

Click “Create QR code” and wait until it’s ready. If an error appears, read the message and check the file, text, or settings.

  4. Save and check

Download the code and read it with your phone camera or QR reader. Please check the full address, text or data before printing and distribution.
